    Hello everyone,I am a new graduate and I will be taking my nclex soon. I live in NYC and I know that competition here is so strong. I am willing to relocate in New York State and I would really appreciate some help and input on what hospitals might consider newgraduates in NYS, Long Island or upstate.Thanks for the help.

    Winthrop University Hospital is hiring lots of new grads. The next new nurse orientation is in September. Send the recruiter an email with your resume attached once you pass the NCLEX. Good luck

    Slim pickings! I'm a new grad & I have't found a single place that is hiring new grads. Plattsburgh is way upstate, almost in Canada.

    Stony Brook Univ Hospital (Suffolk County, Long Island) also hires new grads. I used to think they only hire Stony Brook alumni, but there were several new grads from other schools in my orientation.
