Well last year it was late April that we got the emails, but the years before it was early may, so somewhere in between I would say.

no i'm doing the traditional program. I have no idea what's considered "good" anymore. btw, we're not going to get our acceptance letters until mid-may.

I've applied to the accelerated track, and even though there's a slim chance of getting in, the wait is still the toughest part. Did anyone else apply to accelerated? Good luck to all!

Hello everyone. I know this was mentioned earlier but does anyone have info from an official source on when acceptance letters will be sent out?

I applied to accelerated and pre-nursing advisor is saying mid-may for that. I'm fairly certain generic will be at the same time (based on past threads).

Unfortunately, Hunter doesn't give any updates on the status of the application. It's simply, you apply, hear nothing from nobody for 3-4 months, and then by May time, the acceptance letters are supposed to be sent out..UGH!! Very unorganized!

I've only applied to Hunter so far, but if that doesn't work out, I'll be applying to many more programs for spring, summer and fall '14 starts.

Has anyone heard of Hunter reaching out to applicants to verify all pre-req's will be completed this spring?

Yes i was contacted over the weekend. I was excited at first but I now realize it was just protocol.

@whatawaste - maybe you should be excited! it seems really inefficient to contact everyone that has applied, unless, of course, there are a minimal number of applicants this year. in previous years there have been upwards of 800 applicants, but only 250 had all of the pre-req's. maybe they only had 200 this year and even fewer fit the criterion..? btw, do you mind sharing your GPA and NLN score?

has anyone from the generic pathway been contacted at all?
