Shut off 102+ questions and I know I got last question right!

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

I'm having a hard time right now. I took the NCLEX yesterday at 8am. I ended at around 102. I kept telling myself that I wouldn't look at the number of questions I had... And take note... This is my 5th time taking the exam in less than 3 years. The blank blue screen came up after I pressed submit and I literally stared at the computer and was like "Noooooooooo!" I thought... I answered the question correctly. Why would you stop on me?! Lol.

It was a priority question and I'm 100% sure it was correct!

But the exam stopped!!! And now I'm afraid. I need words of encouragement! This is my 5th time and I didn't do the PVT trick because I've done it the last 4 times and got the bad pop up. I'm just too scared.

praying you passed think positive :) im preparing for #3, by March 24th............ what review did you use?

what questions did you stop on in your previous attempts? you're one of the few posts ive seen where you actually WANTED more questions. haha ya never know, it could've stopped you short because it decided at that point you were sufficiently above the pass-point not to throw the whole gambit at you. think happy thoughts

If you're positive you got the last question right, then chances are, you passed. Early congratulations!

I hope you passed this time!! Try PVT I hope it will be a good pop op stay positive :) How did you prepare for the fifth time?

I took the NCLEX yesterday and I ran out of time at question #252. Out of 252 questions, 25 of them were SATA, which I feel is not a good sign of passing. Pls help me pray that I passed!!! Thank you.

I used Uworld for questions and Saunders for information. Uworld is THE best for questions. It was the most similar to the nclex. I've used HURST and Kaplan in the past. I've also used other random NCLEX books. But this time around was definitely Saunders and Uworld that helped me through my 5th time.

To be honest, on my previous attempts I don't remember. I was filled with so much anxiety and stress that I pretty much blanked out or rushed right through it. But I think during my 3rd try I had a lot of low level questions and stopped at 78. I just hope and pray that I passed! I'm dying with anxiety!! Lol.:(

Did you try the PVT thing???

No I have not tried the PVT thing. I read mixed experiences on how it sometimes work and sometimes it does not. I guess I'm just going to wait for the results. I'm afraid of failing though.

I get it. I'm afraid too. But failure isn't the end so I keep telling myself. I've been able to take it numerous times... Not giving up. If I have to retake it... So be it then! But I don't want to though :sorry: Happy thoughts! Happy thoughts! No word back for me yet. Aaaahhhhh!

I haven't heard anything on my end either. I'm praying that we both passed and put the nclex behind us.

i guess I won't know until I get the official letter.
