Hey Everyone.

I take my NCLEX two weeks from today. I was wondering if anyone had done PrepU and if they think it helped them pass the NCLEX?

Our school made us purchase it and originally I was just using books, but decided to break out PrepU. I've been scoring around 82% on every quiz and have done quite a few questions.

Any advice?

I haven't passed yet. But enjoy prep u mainly for the goal of climbing levels. Do you like the questions? I waiver on them. I'm on level 5 mostly on all the client needs sections trying to get to at least 7 because I read on a thread that those questions are more comparable to Nclex advanced questions..

Are you studying off of client needs, nursing topics or nursing concept? When do you take the NCLEX? Are you using any other study resources?

Client needs. I take it the end of Feb. I study content- hurst, saunders. For questions I've been doing prep-u, PDA and the NCLEX 3500 website..and I have the app nclex-mastery. What about you, any other resources? What level are you on in prep-u?

I read in here that prep u is good until you get to level 8, after that most of the questions are repeated over again.. still deciding if i should get it..

I started using prepU about two months ago along with HURST to get ready for the NCLEX. I tested yesterday, the computer shut off at 75 and I'm getting the good pop-up, so I'm staying positive! Though for a good few hours I stressed out that I failed miserably...

I found the NCLEX questions very comparable to prep U and the hurst q review. The way the level 5+ questions were worded was similar to the exam.

Good Luck!

I didnt feel prepared on test day but I got a good 7 hours of sleep, ate peanut butter on an eggo with banana for breakfast and tried to stay calm. It worked- it was over in about an hour and 15 minutes.

I had Prep U too and I was kind of overwhelmed using it for the NCLEX because of all the sections you could choose from on there. But I did quiz on topics that I felt really weak in and I think it helped me by reading the rationales. I have the NCLEX Mastery app too and I liked it a lot! If you've learned any NCLEX testing strategies I would test them out by using them on these quizzes. Good luck!

I am also using Prep U and Hurst, I hope it works. How long did you study Hurst material?

I have been using it since couple of months. I am in level 8 in all sections and enjoying. But i have not taken the NCLEX yet. I was curious if anyone passed using the prepU?
