Nclex RN january 2017

Nursing Students NCLEX

This post is for all those who are taking their nclex rn in January. How are you guys with your review? What materials are you using? Let's encourage each other. Thanks

hey cheer up. Its not the percentage of your scores, but the percentage of what you have learned reading the rationales. Don't focus on your scores. I scheduled mine the last week of january to give me more time reading the rationales and applying it when answering questions. Lets do this together. I believe in you!

I will. I'll just finish reading cardio/neuro then i'll read pedia after. I'm reading the systems then answer afterwards. :) After I finish with all the questions, I'll re-read all the questions and rationales. Let's do this! We will pass! :)

Yeah, its hard to balance work and study at the same time. Especially that the nature of my job now requires thinking a lot, at the end of the day the mind is already tired to read at home. But still trying hard just to absorb the critical contents needed to pass the NCLEX. Now its the questions im tryng to focus.. the NCLEX RN Mastery app is very useful to me. It has a lot of information that you will learn in just a single question, so I highly recommend this app to all who will be taking the nclex. We all want to be RNs i hope that we will all pass guys!! And thanks for your kind encouragemeby! I greatly appreciate it:)

Hey I just rescheduled my exam and pushed back another week, thank God because when I rescheduled there was an afternoon time available. So my official test date and the last time I'm rescheduling is 1/11/17 @1315. If anyone else has advice on how to study I'm seriously lost. I was focusing on OB and retaking notes but I feel that it's taking too much of my time. Should I just answer questions daily and read rationales? 100 questions a day you think is good?

Should I just answer questions and take notes from the rationales or review my entire 2 years of nursing school in 3 weeks? Lol í ½í¹‰

Hey guys! I am scheduling mine for the 27th! Today I just finished watching hurst content videos. I'm planning to review my content make flash cards on labs and need-to-knows. Then Tomm I will start doing questions from 9am to 9pm with 15 min breaks each hour. I plan to use my lacharity, nclex mastery app, ATI, and primarily U world. I've passed my ATI exit comp with a 98% chance of passing NCLEX. Now it's just hardcore studying and sweet prayers :).

Azis...Questions questions questions is what my nurses tell me it's most important. The NCLEX is to test if you can prove to be an safe and effective nurse at minimal competency. They will throw questions of things you've never heard before ..but can you strategically apply it in a critical thinking way? So questions are really important DO A LOT OF THEM !! If you wanna do content do so and review for a day or two but the majority of your time should be towards answering questions and understanding, reading, and writing down your rationales.

Hi i ditched the writing of notes, lol it was taking so much of my time. So i just proceed to the next topic after i reread stuff that are new to me multiple times. Yes I don't remember all of them and my memory is full, and can't take everything in, lol, well i feel like it. But who really knows what would come out of that adaptive exam? Right? So just do your best. It is impossible to know everything, plus u don't need to answer everything right to pass that exam. :)

seems like you're ready to go girl!

You got this! How did the Mark Klimeck audios help you the first time around? I noticed you are using them again.

I am taking mine the 3rd week of Jan. and it is soooo scary! I feel like everything I study is not enough but don't have time for everything out there! Our class went through a school closure which really shook our ground. We are all still trying to shake it off and move on but it is scary. But we WILL all get through this! :-)

I noticed you are using Mark Klimeck audios for the second time around. How are his audios? Where can I get them? I am scheduled to take my exam the 3rd week of Jan. and am doing the UWorld and also planning the Hurst in Jan. Nervous!!!
