I finally passed nclex 2nd time. I got my results on 09/12/07 it took 36 agonizing days. I followed suzannez plan 1st tip & did 200 questions a day. I finally did it. thanks so much for everyones support.

congats tina,

good for you.. i failed my rn exam 3 days ago. I wonder, do I have to wait for the official notice or shall I go ahead and re-apply (with Vermont by the way)?

Again, I'm happy for you.

You could re apply but they will not release your ATT until their time frame on allowing you to resit has passed ie 45 days

And by the way, any vermont re-taker knows how many days this 2nd ATT is giving us? 90 days too?

Congrats Tina. I will be a second taker soon....just wondering when did you take your first exam? How long did you study for the second one? Congrats again and good luck in your RN career.

I took the nclex pn in march 2007 got my results in april,07 sent my application fee again in april. got that in may,07 schueduled my test july 23,07 but reschedule cuz my mom had triple bypass surgery.took it on aug 7,07 and got result sept 12, 07. before i took the test it took me two weeks to snap out of it. i studied 6 weeks exactly before i took the test. thats all you need.

Good idea, not nice failing, been there done that. I would wait until you feel ready to resit and spend your time studying, have a look at Suzanne's plan that will help
