Nursing Students NCLEX

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what kind of scores everyone is getting from doing these questions. I havent been doing all that well, my scores have ranged from 50%-90% and the 50% is kinda freaking me out because i test next week!!:bluecry1:

Hi Skazka! i used the old one bcoz i haven't see the new one last time i searched on the amazon.com and someone let me borrow it so i grabbed the opportunity and found some errors, but doesn't count for me because i've got a 98%knowledge and 2% typical error from this book and help me in passing 75Qs. Maybe the newer version is already edited and much better!!! i would rather go the updated one than the older one. i'm pretty much sure that they have almost same content, they just add more info and edited some errors.... "PERFECT BOOK DOESN'T EXIST, anyway, they are only written by human being.....

i did that too, in my second attempt, and you know when im reading it at my second time of studying i wish i knew about lacharity before i took my first one. some rationales are there in my first test. deng!!!!! :banghead: not really the same question or options of coorifice but the rationales and priorities are....

My score varied, and then someone told me not to score it and just concentrate on understanding why the answer is correct bc the rationales are what help you to critically think like the NCLEX. It is not formatted quite like the NCLEX but if you can understand why its right, it should help you on the exam.

I hope that helps

According to Saunders online review, passing the exam is not about how many questions you answer correctly. You are asessed based on the level that you are functioning at.If you are above the passing standard then you pass,if you are below then you fail.So if you answer 40 questions but you only get 15 right,15 difficult questions, you could still pass.

I love this book so much too! It totally helps me SATA questions. The questions in this book are alot harder than saunder's which is more challenging. My scores haven't been like you guys..my scores has only been around 60% but with this book I know it'll help me understand the questions and rationale alot better and maybe it'll help me pass in the future.

My score ranged from 35% - 100%. Just as what others have said, focus on the rationales and learn from them.

Hey I am taking the nclex for the second time...and im looking to order this book because there were tons of priority questions on it. i saw the new one online, but i can't order it. are you guys using the 2005 edition?? please let me know and good luck with your studies!!
