  1. I took the NCB Test twice. The first one was for a big hospital, after that I saw my application as "no longer being considered". I took the same test for a clinic so I could be interviewed as what an HR recruiter told me. After the 2nd test, never heard a word from that recruiter who called me. I felt dumb with the questions to think that I have years of management experience and dealing with different people (
  2. My score ranged from 35% - 100%. Just as what others have said, focus on the rationales and learn from them.
  3. Thank you. I saw my name today at the Cali Website. Thank you all. .
  4. Congratz!!!! I took the NCLEX-RN Aug. 28 also and I saw my name today at the CA Website. PV Trick worked for me. . .
  5. Dont' give up. I failed during my first take too. I am already an RN in our country and it was an awakening for me. It's a different setting here I rationalized (just justifyng my failure). I took my 2nd test last Aug. 28th and I am still waiting for the result. If I fail again, then I'll take again till it get tires of me and let me pass.
  6. I used Mary Ann Hogan's CD reviewer starting August 4th to 25th and Lacharity's Reviewer for a week. I tallied my daily scores on a spare calendar based on Hogan's sample. It helped me to track my progress. I like the CD though it has typo errors but the questions are harder than Saunders (for me). I did not study 2 days before the exam. I am still waiting for my August 28th exam result. Tried the Pearsonvue trick, it would not let me register. Hope I pass. . . Good luck. . .
  7. I tried to register again and again but it would not let me. I took the NCLEX-RN this morning for Cali.
  8. I took my NCLEX-RN for Cali today 28th of August at 8:00 A.M. Computer Screen shut off at 75q after 2 hours and 24 minutes. I logged on to my account after 5 hours and saw the Delivery Succesful Status so I tried registering. It would not let me go to the cc page, it says "You have just recently . .. . .Contact your Board. . ." I am still checking it every now and then. Hope I pass. . . .
  9. Hogan says "contact" though RSV can live for several hours on non-porous surface.
  10. You give me hope gorsneg. I tried the trick this morning and it let me through the cc. I want to cry but no tears will come out. I am so jittery right now. Congratulations!!!!
  11. I took my NCLEX-RN for Cali yesterday. My computer shut off at 75q. I tried the "trick" awhile ago and it let me through the cc page. Now I am more worried sick. . .
  12. Hi all, Took the test this morning and the computer shut off at 75q. I was so jittery yesterday that I could not remember my debit pin when I was at the grocery store and forgot a lot of things. I only slept for 2 hours. I am praying that I will pass. I sticked to my textbooks and Saunders though I was not able to cover all topics. Good luck to all of us. . . .
  13. Hi, I am also a second courser. I passed my NLE on my first take. I relied more on my old textbooks since I could easily remember what I scribbled in there. I stopped going to the review center so I could save time (preparation and commuting) and use it instead in answering questions. I did not belong to the top 10 so my classmates, friends and the school (including me) were not really expecting that I would pass.. . .but I did. . .yeheyyyy. .. . Most of all, prayers and prayers and prayers. . . .. . Good luck to your brother.
