Thank you, I am very happy i am doing well as well, i cant wait to put this chapter behind me already!!

Okay i have a question for all, would you consider the PDA book more of the NCLEX? I am getting 60-90% on the chapter so far and i know people say kaplan is way harder than the NCLEX, but my scores on kaplan qbanks are 50's-80%. What do you all suggest i do. I have saunders for content but don't even know how to start reading it. My major weakness is Physiological Integrity how can i brush up on that in the saunders (yellow) book? Please helllllpppppppp:(

Hello everyone again,

Completing Qtrainer 4 was a challenge, alot of Application questions and Analysis, i found it very hard and was not motivated for some reason.

I started it yesterday and stopped at 75 questions. Took over today and quit my test at 115 questions with 35 answered :( I know who does that?

I did the math to see how badly i had done and honestly in one specific time i got all the questions from 40-55 right, and then some wrong and some right again.

I answered a total of 115 with 79 right and 36 wrong, did the math and that put me at a 68% with out of 86 Application questions 61 were right which a 70% on Application, Analysis out of 7 answered 5 were right which is a 71%.

I know I didnt take the whole, i was just so discouraged and kept thinking every answer was probably wrong and i was wrong :( I cannot let that happen to me again.

I was actually doing really good! I have never gotten 15 questions right on a row, that is amazing! I hope i can perform tat well on the NCLEX!

Hi everyone again, i just want to share that i took qtrainer 5 and got a 60.7%. a little nervous because i was hopng for a higher grade since i was doing so great on the earlier ones.

Either way, i have 6 and 7 left to do and then some reviewing and some SATA questions i want to practice. I take my test next wednesay and i am feeling very nervous again, i need some clarity and some encouragement, i dont want to think anything negative, I failed it once but I can do it this time, i am a very smart person and have put effort into this, I am ready to be an RN -

May I ask how will I download the Kaplan Ebook, Itried it,but could not download it.thanks

Hey send me your email and i can send you the format they gave us to download it.

To those who failed, don't lose hope! Honeslty, I do feel that overall, all reviews work in their own ways. It also depends on the weakness of the person using the review. I first used Hurst because my content was very weak. During my exam I realized that after I had answered passed the basic content, I was stumped because I didn't know how to answer the harder level questions. That's when I turned to Kaplan. I feel that a lot of people might not know, but Kaplan also has content based material to study from, which i recommend reading all the way through.

I must say, follow the schedule the review course gives you or make your own and really stick with it. Sometimes I would overlook a lot of things saying to myself, "Oh I know that," or "duh, of course pick the answer that pertains to the question." But listen and really use and apply the strategies you're given. I must say for Kaplan I ignored the decision tree the first few times I did questions. Then I would get them wrong and become discouraged. That's when I decided to take it slow and really just step by step really follow the decision tree. I was astounded as to how using the tools I had at my fingertips really helped. I put my dismissive attitude behind me and i guess you could say gave it a chance.

Good luck to you! Please realize that you are not alone. I've been in a slump and so have others. You just have to slowly try to pull yourself out. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions or you need help making a practice schedule or something!
