Hi!..I recommend NCLEX-RN EXAM CRAM 1,250 Practice Questions...you can buy it from National Bookstore...only PhP250 with CD...I recommend using it as your finale review material..dont start with it as your initial reviewer since it is practice questions...Read the book, dont use the CD...the CD is not user-friendly...but the book is SUPERB!...I finished reading it in Saipan while waiting for my exam date...Guess what?...I passed with just 75questions!...I know, without this book, I could have finished 265 questions and be unsure if I passed or failed...Im recommending it based on my experience.

there r lots of books available in the market that embraces all about nclex (pharma, med surg, peds, gyne etc) the saunders 3rd ed is recommended and used with Suzanne's plan. the mosby comprehensive review is good as well. review as much questions and understand its rationales as much as you can. at the moment i am concentrating on one book to avoid confusion/

PS: hey i am Miranda too!!! hmmmmm.....:troll:

an update i just found this book from amazon.com. "Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment: Practice Exercises for Medical-Surgical Nursing"..by Linda LaCharity, Candice K. Kumagai, Barbara Bartz .interesting..its a 5 star rating as well.... since nclex questions sometimes have prioritization and room assignments etc...

The NCLEX Exam Cram books are terrible!!! For the review book there are countless spelling and grammatical errors. Numerous FACTUAL errors.. one I recall is the book tried to convince me that the thyroid produces thyroid stimulating hormone. The rationale for the answers are poor at best, and are usually non existant.

NCLEX Made Incredibly Easy is my top rated book.
