Can you fail Nclex ending on a sata?

Just took my nclex and it closed after question 75 which was a sata. I am just worries I failed because there were a lot of basic questions in there which I wasn't 100% sure about. So my question is:

Can you fail at 75 AND the last question be a SATA?

I know you can fail at 75 but i figured the question would be basic. Any insight would be appreciated. I got the "good" pop up saying I already have an exam scheduled but I don't trust that 100%. Thanks!

There are high & low cognitive level questions for each type. Not all SATA are higher cognitive level.

Did you do well in school? Did you prepare well? nearly 90% of US educated candidates pass on first attempt.

I did the everything the kaplan course told me to do (which was offered free by my school). I did well in school (a member of sigma theta tau). I got the "good" pop up from Pearson twice (but i just finished the exam 3.5 hours ago). I am nervous because I thought some questions were really basic.

I know I can check the PA board of nursing website tomorrow for my licence number but I am so nervous right now. I got a good amount of prioritization questions and sata but I am still super nervous.

OP, unfortunately until you know your results you'll probably be super nervous, anxious, freaked out, etc...so the best thing you can do for yourself and your sanity is to get your mind off the exam. I personally recommend Netflix :yes:. From what you've said, it looks like you were a smart student in nursing school, so don't doubt yourself or your knowledge base. In other-words, CHILLAXE!!!

I took NCLEX in PA on June 30, and my license number was not up the next day, or the next, or the next, and so on until yesterday (July 8). I guess their number-putter-inner took the whole week of the 4th off. :p Or I was just one of the lucky ones who got to pay $8 for "quick" results.
