If i am not mistaken, both the DVD and skype tutorial are 8 hours total. But the Self Study DVD version is cheaper (plus a resell value to ebay) and currently sold out. The Skype tutorial is phase out im not sure though. The Quick Facts 2 is popular but for me its just a basic Q&A info of common diseases and top 100 drugs. Maybe those Quick Facts are helpful during 2010 plan but I am not sure in 2013 plan because SATA health teachings and drug Contra Indications are common now which the Quick Facts doesnt adequately provide.
I think the helpful aspects of the Remar Review is the DVD videos (skype tutorial too) as well as the activity workbooks and not much the Quick Facts 2.
This is just my personal opinion as I own the Quick Facts 2 and most of the drugs that came out in my NCLEX are drug contraindications and ECG strip drugs and my friends got most drug Health teachings SATA.

I'm doing both Remar and Hurst. I completed Remar first (august), then got anxious and purchased Hurst( september). My test is October 18th and I'm utalizing both, and finding lots of similarities. I am able to answer the quick fact questions not just based on memorization, but because I've truly learned my content on Hurst. But I have found that they teach you the same things, Hurst just teaches you a bit more and Remar teaches you more concise. Remar simplifies and Hurst expands, I love them both honestly. I'm sure either will do the trick.
I did the online Hurst review.
