thank you guys for responding.., you guys should be happy to know that I pass with 101 questions within one hour.., I did the ncsbn..used the saunders 6th edition and also lacharty 3rd edition which works wonders

dont know how much you are used to getting paid howver the rates around here are $20.00 for nursing home where you get like 30 patients.., and founding the job as well is not easy
