advice for nclex-PN exam

please! i need your advices, im gonna take the nclexPN this end of the month (for the 3rd time),

i failed twice already... i cant fail this again.. i did my best for the 2nd time, but still failed.

can you please give me some advice what should i study, do, or anything to help me passed this exam.

i just done know what to study anymore... please help!!!! i dont know if i should move the date again... waaah!!! :crying2::crying2::crying2:

Suggest you get a copy of Saunders Comprehensive Review for PN and start at the beginning. Answer as many questions as possible and study the rationales. If you don't feel ready at this time and don't have enough time, then reschedule. But put the date far enough out so that you have plenty of time. Try to do a minimum of 100-200 questions each day. Good luck.

Hey I agree with the above comment, Saunders is a great help especially the cd of it. Answer as many questions as you can and understand the rationale. When I took my NCLEX-PN, I realized that the questions are just worded differently but were similar to the questions I reviewed from Saunders. I would also suggest reading the Kaplan book, it's a strategy in how to get to the right answer - VERY HELPFUL. I started thinking more logically after I've read that book.

thanks! but, from my first try exam, thats what i did, i used kaplan book for strategy and saunders with cd.

and everytime i apply the strategy especially the nursing process like FIRST.. i always get the answer wrong..

for my secong try i used exam cram and it helps me better.. but still failed.

for the 3rd time, im planning to take it this month.. but i dont know if my ready.

i used both exam cram and saunders... but still i dont feel that im gonna passed the exam.

what im looking for this time is somthing for priorotization.. like practice questions.. i think thats my weakness.

please help me.. could someone tell me if there's "prioritization study material especially practice questions" for PN... please....!!!! :crying2:
