by keishar Jan 18So December 31 I took the Nclex PN for the third time. The last two times I have taken the test the second time being in September I have had all the 265 questions. The third time I took the test in December I had 26 select all that apply questions, three math questions, I Mentioned how many select all that apply questions I had because from reading links on this site people have stated once you start getting a lot of select all that apply you're pretty much doing good. On the paper that you receive To confirm that you really have failed It told me I did below on basic care and comfort! I graduated school in 2010. So all of my classmates are pretty much RNs now. I kept postponing my testing dates because I was just always was so nervous. In my state you have to take a refresher course after two years so I've already taken the The Kaplan refresher course. Someone please help me I don't know what it is I need to really focus on. And I'm also not sure why I had so many select all that apply!!

Plz help!! - Jan 20 by LadyFree28Ok..let's be clear...if you get a lit of the same questions, that does not necessarily mean you are doing well or worse. NCLEX questions go up in difficulty, and the position where questions put you based on how well or how "safe" you answer the questions determine whether you pass or fail.
You at least know what you struggled in...the best thing to do is go over the material that is giving you the most problems. Also go over the SATA if those are a problem, find study aids that go over alternative format questions. Find out what you are strongest in, because that should be a light or quick review, because you have mastered the material already...tackle the "problem child" subjects. Hope this helps!!!
