I'm working on cardiac care unit PRN now. I obviously need to further educate myself on MIs because I thought all MIs meant there was some kind of damage to the heart muscles. Can one have an MI eith absolutely no damage at all?
It is scary that so many states do not accept ISU! Geez, I can't wait to enroll in an LPN-RN/BSN program such as ISU, but I'm a little worried about ISU vs. Excelsiors BON acceptance!

I am NOT in cali, but I have a lot of family in CA and would consider moving in the future. ISU seems like a wonderful alternative except that there tuition seems higher then EC.

the director at my school says that a students life usually consists of 3 things: 1. family/friends 2. work 3. school in nursing school its almost impossible to juggle all 3, and your best bet is to limit it to 2 of the 3.

Hey All- I start clinicals in 9 days (eek!). I feel very unprepared about what to do when I get to my patient. We will be going to a nursing home for the first few clincals, and I know I will need to look at the patients chart first and foremost. But...
