  2. NPSB Nurse II omitting questions.

Arr-tistRN I just interviewed with the VA and recieved an email saying congratulations, please fill out this for to send to the review board to determine your grade and step. It is not very detailed, it asked years of RN and LPN experience, licens...
  3. GS series nurses

They will tell you to accept the position and then negotiate, but that's how they screw you. Don't accept a low offer, they won't negotiate
  4. Title 38 pay

That's what I'm afraid of. That stinks and is actually a pay cut then. Plus I currently get doubletime for holidays and can work OT doing custody posts if I choose, and I don't know if I can continue to do this with Title 38.

We can spray them, there is Zero tolerance for sexual harassment
  11. Nurse Practitioner Pay in Federal BOP

I just got hired as an RN to BOP in August 2019, they are currently still having Recruitment or Retention incentives, ours was 10% of base pay. I got hired at GS 10 step 10 and annual leave credit of 8hr/pay, so with the bonus the pay was fair...I h...
  12. Hospitals Training Surgical Technologists???

There is now legislation that was passed in New York State and I am sure others will follow that is doing away with OJT. Everyone now in NY has to be certified, there is a grandfathering period, but come the end of this year, no OJT's. Smartest thi...
