I went to Stone. I feel the program was ok. Of course there are others who felt poorly about the program but if you make a real effort you will do fine! My only complaint was the tuition. It was very expensive compared to the state programs.

Does anyone have any tips on telling a patient that they were exposed to herpes? I feel that I am causing confusion when I call a patient these results.

I agree! Enjoying your job means so much more. And those hospital jobs are overrated but of course there are those people who think you are not a real nurse if you don't work in that environment.

Doctor offices and clinics are definitely a good choice. Yea you may not do basic hospital skills but you use a whole different set of critical thinking. All of the offices I have worked utilizes nurses as well as MAs.
