I like the progrom so far and working for the VA as well. Being a new grad I was worried about the transition to professional from student. But i didn't have any problems. Everyone at my facility is very nice and helpful

You'll go to class one a month for a year. Have a mentor along with ur preceptor on the floor ur working at. Have to do a evidence based project and present it to the higher reps of the hospital. Im in my 4th month of the program
