I think with any CRNA school that there are so many applicants that you have to think about....if they have a ton of other applicants that all have the required ICU experience....why would they make an exception for step down experience. Try your har...
I also think that is why they do the panel interviews....to see how you react under pressure. I've seen a few posts on various sites that talk about how many people were in interviews. check around
