we were just told by a home health nurse that is caring for my hubby's wound that every time you can the dressing & expose the wound that it slows down the healing process by 7 hours...is this true?..this is one thing i have never heard of before...
thank you all for your input..the way they do our grades is that unit tests count as 70% of our final grade & 30% count as the final semester grade...i really hope she can do it because she's really determined to becoming a nurse...

I am also waiting...grrrr....we are suppose to find out around Thanksgiving for the spring 2003...where i am at they accept 55-60 students & have around 200 of us wanting to get in...i'm keeping my fingers crossed...lol
i took the nursing entrance test about a month ago...i passed it but wasn't sure how good my scores were so i called the school & she told me that the last time of enrollment that the scores i had would have put me on the alternate list to get in...

i won't be entering lvn school until january ...i was wondering if anybody knows if you need to get certified in CPR before you start school or not? thanks:confused:
