   I am currently under a board order with my state board of nursing however when you look up my licensing information, it says no disciplinary action under my status. I'm just confused.

5. Taking NCLEX out of state

   Has anyone ever taken the NCLEX out of state? I am looking to take my boards out of state because I plan on moving there in the next year. Is it possible to do so if the state is a compact state? I have heard different answers so I was just wondering...
