   How do you deal with patients with poor boundaries? Setting limits and boundaries can be difficult especially when patients are not willing to listen or their illness prevents them from fully understanding the patient-nurse relationship. Any tips?

   I am unsure what to think because I didn't find the questions to be incredibly hard. I did have quite a few SATA but no hotspot/ordering ones. Nclex really makes you doubt your abilities!

   8 Hour shifts at my facility; but you can work overtime "a double" up to 16 hours.

    oh Geez, that is long! Atleast not the 6-8 week of the previous CRNE. I have a friend who just wrote the NCLEX (few months ago) after studying for 3 days and passed in 75 questions...he got his results within a few hours! I wonder why its so differen...
