I am unsure what to think because I didn't find the questions to be incredibly hard. I did have quite a few SATA but no hotspot/ordering ones. Nclex really makes you doubt your abilities!

NCLEX can be stressful. After all, it determines whether or not you can work as a nurse. I felt sure I had failed after taking it many years ago with 75 questions, and found out 2 days later when my name popped up on the state license verification site that I had passed.
Essentially, the computer shut off at 75 questions because it determined that you met minimum competency to practice as a novice nurse or that no matter how many more questions you answered that you don't meet the minimum competency. The types of questions don't really mean anything, and difficulty of a question is 100% subjective- what one person thinks is easy may seem hard to someone else. Take a few days to relax and wait for the results.
Thanks for the advice - I am trying to relax. I just did NOT expect to finish in 75 questions.

it means usually that you passed!, check the status of your app in the BON, and it tells you the result.
That is not necessarily true. It means that the test had determined competence or lack there of. Having 75 questions does not necessarily correlate with a pass.
Thanks!!! Looks like you were right, I PASSED! I got the official email from my BON today!!! IM an RN :)
