Looking for infection control logs/templates for LTC. If anyone has a template and would be willing to share it I would be so greatfull. The one we have is hard to get all the data collected and ask for data that we don't even have and unable to get. Anything would help. Thanks in advance

please email me or let me know your email... you just need to save it on 2003 excel to ensure that you have the format correct... as you add months and information into it, it will automatically calculate the number of infections and will do the sorting (as long as you pick what you want) and will also produce the graphs you need as it is entered.

Don't you get a monthly report from your lab. That's what I always used. The only info I had to look up was which ATB was used.

hello, i found you here on all nurses while looking for an infection control log. i was wondering if you ever had one you would be willing to share. new to this site but trying to learn it. i have taken over a DON position and the company has a log that is absolutley terrible. if you can help please email me at [email protected]

Hello, I am new to being a infection control nurse, but not as a nurse. I am looking for a surveilance log you can/willing to share. My company needs a better one,need to be able to track HAI & graph. Anything would help, thanks. We use Mcgeers to determine infections

My name is Hali and I am new to the long term management. I recently was hired as a rehab unit manager. I am working extremely hard, still feel like I do not know what i am doing.
