  1. Would you forward a copy to me also [email protected]. Thank You
  2. Would it be too much to ask for you to share with me also? Sounds like there are a lot of us new ones out there. Thank You
  3. The DON and the ADON alternate call every other week at our facility. We handle finding coverage for all nursing and aide call ins and if necessary work the shift
  4. That would be great if you are willing to share: [email protected]
  5. Does anyone have any sample scheduling forms for MDS that they would be willing to share. I have one that I use for ICF residents that I love, but not liking the SNF one. Any samples or suggestions would be great.
  6. Our skilled charting is so poor that is another issue in and of itself. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.
  7. I have a LTC resident who hasn't been charted on since August. This is more challenging than I expected
  8. What are the montly summaries that your floor nurses do? My nurses do nothing for the MDS. I had a chart the other day that hasn't been documented on since Aug.
  9. Does anyone have any kind of guidelines, template, or worksheet that you have the nurses who work the floor do for 6 days prior to the ARD to help the MDS coordinator in gathering information? I am running myself ragged trying to help feed, watch ADL's, assist with transfers, observe resident's, and interview staff and residents to gather the information I need. Any suggestions? I am new to the job, 3 months. Not getting much easier.
