Infection control logs

Looking for infection control logs/templates for LTC. If anyone has a template and would be willing to share it I would be so greatfull. The one we have is hard to get all the data collected and ask for data that we don't even have and unable to get. Anything would help. Thanks in advance

in a word type format create the document that would best meet your needs and satisfy state requirements...... but if you are at a facility that has corporate systems, you may have no choice..... have you sought help from your regional or corporate nurse consultant ?

hello, i found you here on all nurses while looking for an infection control logs/templates for LTC. I am new to being a infection control nurse & was wondering if you ever had one you would be willing to share. new to this site but trying to learn it. Looking for infection control logs/templates for LTC. We use Mcgeers to determine infections.Thanks in advance
