Today was my Pinning/Graduation!~!

Wow, I cant believe its over! Today was graduation/pinning. It still doesnt seem real! My boyfriend says if I want it to feel real then get a job and pay some bills....lol. Cant say I blame him, poor guy has been carrying my weight for a year. I graduated with highest grade point average in my class. I couldnt have done it without my boyfriends support, I did work part time but there is no way I could have supported myself if it werent for him. Anyway, on to state boards!! And exploring job opportunities! Im sooo excited! Not quite sure where to begin.......but in the meantime.....

Congrats!!! A real inspiration for those of us who just started this journey. And double kudos for your boyfriend. My hubby is my biggest supporter!!! I know I wouldn't be able to do it without him!!!!

You should be so very proud of yourself,your hard work,determination,& drive,got you where you are today,again congrats!

If I may,I precept quite a bit,if I may give you one piece of advice,before you go into the world of ''Nursing",

There will be people that will get you down,there will be people that will help you immensley,there is also that group,& I hate to say it,& yet,they do exist,,the very small group that either ,

# 1,love to see a new nurse fall on their face.

# 2,Eat their young!

# 3,Tell you something,that is absoultly the oposite(I have actually seen this!)

Then there are the 95% of the other group,they will be your Teachers,co-workers,preceptors.

They will be a valuable source for you,,use them wisely.

When all else fails,,,always use your best Judgement & Commen sense.

With those two,& your nursing skills,& in time,experience.you will do great.
