Don't use a company phone or computer for anything related to your quest for information on unions.

Having said that, nearly every nurse I know is a union member (only family doctors and some clinics up here are non-union).

Try a public service union. Hell, I belong to the same union as prison guards and social workers. You'd be surprized who might be interested.

Here in Ontario, most places are unionized including most LTC homes and retirement homes. As noted above the union may include any type of worker. Unions are just a fact of life here.
