Job Offer-unsure....

by sschele

Hi, I am a new grad and I have been interviewing for jobs, basically in LTC, right now I have an offer for every other w/e and if more hrs become available they will call. I am hesitating due to accept due to the uncertainity of it all. Any advice?
Thanks

I would take it for now. If they are saying every other weekend, this leaves your schedule open to search for more jobs of your liking while gaining nursing experience.

I think my main hesitation is I don't want to be "job hopping" and as a new nurse, I feel as if I need a more consistent schedule. I think my biggest fear is trying to get the organizational aspect down and only being there a few days a month. Thanks for responding. I am STILL undecided!!! I have 2 more interviews tomorrow and 1 next week. Hopefully, I will find a fit SOON!!!!!
Thanks again

Best Wishes in finding the job you want I know how hard it is the first time out. I looked for a month with rejection then all of the sudden the offers came all at once. I was torn between the VA Hospital and a very large Family Practice. I ended up choosing the family practice because it was less than 10 minutes from my house and no weekends and paid holidays. You will find the right job for you.
