Does anyone have experience of travelling to the US for a visit AFTER I-140 approval? Any problems at border control etc.? Thinking of going at xmas to see hubbys family but dont want to face any lengthy questioning.

That's interesting SD because i was left with the impression I wouldn't be able to go to the USA now that everything was going through?

This is great news if that's not infact the case.

Could you/someone else let us know when we can & can't travel during the immigration process. It would be really helpful.

I think Kay went approx 1 month before her interview, after she booked OGP was a bit funny about it but she she wasn't told about not being able to go until after she booked and if I remember rightly she had no problems

I told my DH we wouldn't be able to go until that final flight. Looks like I was wrong. Still, we go to the USA every year on holiday so it would be nice to do something in Europe before we leave for good. So I think I'll play it ultra safe & not go. Thanks for replying.

I travelled to Florida several times after I-140 approval, didn't have any problems.
