I would honestly say no. But everyone is different. Most people that I know study for at least 2-3 months non stop. Since you're posting on the International Forum, I'm going to assume you're a foreign trained nurse. Since most likely English is your second language I would study for more than a month. Even if you feel that you're fluent in English, sometimes there might be terminology that you might not understand. Even if your training was done in English. Good Luck

Depends - where did you train? Is English your first language? Are you used to NCLEX-style questions? How much time do you have to study per day? What resources will you be using? HOw long since you graduated? How good are you at test-taking??? Etc etc...

nope... english isn't our primary language. im from the philippines. but though, i believe that the language wouldn't be a problem. we Filipinos do have a wide background in english trained since childhood. actually, i sat for in a review course at kaplan but i think i wasn't that contented with the way i was reviewing. i am planning to have a month of a real focused review.

my question trainer scores:

1- 60%

2- 60%

3- 63%

4- 57%

5- 65%

6- 59%

7- 72%

it really depends on the person and his study plans. i only reviewed for 1 month and i passed. some reviewed more than that yet they didnt make it. dont be in a hurry, you can feel it for yourself when you think you are confident and ready to take the test.

My point was that all of those factors affect whether it would be enough. None of us can tell you. Comparing to how long US-trained people studied is not very accurate. I probably studied for 2-3hrs a day, about 2-3 months (as foreign trained) doing lots of questions mostly, rather than reviewing content and it was fine.

il take that style.. ;)

It depends on the person, really. People usually review for the NCLEX around 2 months.
