help regarding pending I-140

i am from India and i i have a problem in my I-140 petition my case is at Texas centre and it was filed in the month of sep 2006 it all most 9 month are over and still it is pending i have searched USCIS site the e-mail id is of no use it is not working and the contact phone numbers...........whenever i call them always get some computerized answers , as a whole i did not get any satisfactory response or i am totally unable to contact them i have my receipt number which i almost daily use to check my I-140 update and i have an account also regarding this in USCIS website but it was last updated in jan2007.

i am requesting to all of you please guide me, what shall i do to enquire about my I-140 status ,any useful email i.d. or contact no ??????????:uhoh3: :uhoh3::uhoh3::uhoh3::uhoh3::uhoh3::uhoh3:

oh, at least you are already in the last stage so to say, once the visa becomes available, you're off to the US . . while some of my colleagues just submitted their I-140 for approval on July 2007. . . they may be looking into 3-4 years range then considering they came from PIC.....

their time frame will not start until they get approval and that is taking several months. Not quiet at the end stage but getting there, still waiting for lawyer to send DS230

what do you think of the timescale for I-140 approval these days? I understand there were plenty of applications in the previous months, thus, it might affect the approval timeline of the services center, e.g. texas service center at that...

The delay with the I140's have been ongoing since late last year and nothing to me has changed although latest bulletin does not show Texas as processing I140 but that may be a glitch. Nebraska is taking a long time, one of the UK nurses is still waiting for Nebraska and was filed late last year and last time I asked her she was still waiting
