Wow! Two jobs! You need to post pointers for the rest of us! And you didn't even have your dog along! Congratulations!

When i interviewthey typically last 30-60 mintues including the tour. I don't ask the typical questions and have found out that having a casual talk I find out more about their personality and behavior.

During the tour, I introduce them to nurses and CNA's on the floors we go through to see how receptive they are to our employees. I also interact with residents and watch to see how they act during that.
