I'll be subcontracted by a company that contracts w/ ins co to do basic lab work, H&P, EKG and wt at point of service, homes, office and the like. I can work with and around my 3-11 job. No kids, busy hubby, still time for the mini Schnauzer. I'm excited!

Pointers: Pray a lot and get everyone else to as well. Don't give up. Have your husband network for you. Be ready to do a job you swore you would never do, like LTC. Thank God after you get the jobs and call everyone to tell them!!!!!!!

When i interviewthey typically last 30-60 mintues including the tour. I don't ask the typical questions and have found out that having a casual talk I find out more about their personality and behavior.

During the tour, I introduce them to nurses and CNA's on the floors we go through to see how receptive they are to our employees. I also interact with residents and watch to see how they act during that.
