Hi,

You can get the beta program on the Weight Watchers home page.

Hope this helps.:)

Do any of you have the ww points calculator for Palm? I can't seem to find anywhere online to download it.

Hi All!

It's been a while since I checked in here, but I'm happy to see everyone is doing so well! :)

I weighed in today - the first time in two weeks - and I lost .8. I'm pretty happy about this because I haven't been doing real well lately; haven't been watching what I eat, haven't been journalling, definately haven't been drinking the H2O like I should. :(

This week, I am resolved to "get back to basics". I'm going to treat this week like week one and write everything down, drink all my water, and not fudge on my flex points.

I hope every one has a great week!

Does anybody here use the e-tools? I was thinking about trying it for a month to at least be able to look at the recipes. If you do use it, do you like it? Has it helped? Thanks for your opinions.

I love the points tracker! I don't have to figure the points out, I just type in the food and the points are calculated for me!

I like the e-tools. I didn't want to spend the extra money at first, but I use it to track my points instead of looking up everything. Good luck!

Hang in there. And the best of luck to you.

I am in the National Weight Loss Registry. I lost about 150 lbs. I made up my own diet. But I have some personal tips if anyone is interested. :) They are not the normal tips that people would think of.

I will have to miss the meeting this week as my uncle died yesterday and I have to fly to Phoenix for the funeral. He was my Mom's only living relative other than my brother and myself. Hopefully I will be able to stay op pretty good, but it's not like it's going to be up to me what I get to eat. I just want to be there to support my Mom and help her feel better if I can.

I weighed in today and finally hit my 10%!! I haven't checked in in awhile so I hope everyone is doing well. I recieved my SAS and 10% awards. WOOHOO!! I hope to keep this up so I can buy a new bathing suit for the beach. Well good luck all and happy point counting! LOL!

Hey Kats, sorry to hear about your loss. Just wanted you to know I've said a little prayer for you and your family. Try not to worry too much about the program and just concentrate on your family. Hope you have a safe trip.

Thanks. I actually did ok considering that most of what I had to eat was things that people brought over that I wasn't even entirely sure what they contained. Since I missed the meeting, I weighed myself on my scale which isn't as accurate. I think I stayed the same without any gain or loss. I guess it could be worse, huh? I think if I get any $ from anyone for graduating, I will get a new scale.

I weighed in last night and was the same as last time. Considering the last minute trip to Phoenix for the funeral and not being able to control what I was able to eat, I am pretty happy with that. The leader of my meetings also said that it could be due to the fact that my husband, my son, my dog, and I have started taking walks every night after dinner. She said that an increase in exercise can slow down the weight loss for a bit. I even got a pedometer from the meeting last night so I can keep track of how many steps I take each day (I hear it is supposed to be at least 10,000) and the distance we walk. Last night it was 1.3 miles. In addition to the benefits of the exercise for all of us including the dog, we have time to actually talk to one another without distractions (no easy feat normally with a teenager!). Good luck to everyone, I hope you are all staying op and drinking your water; I know I need to be better at that. In fact, I am going to get some right now to drink while writing my final Developmental Psych paper. Bye for now.
