When do the nursing programs at your school start???
The CC I am getting into makes you apply in January and then they start each fall I wish they would start in the spring too!!!! That way I could start in the the spring of 05 instead of having to wait until the fall of 05.
Just wondering if other programs started in the spring.

My school has a part time program that starts in the spring, but the full time program always starts at the fall. I know its a pain in the butt waiting. I spent this whole last year just kind of waiting to see if I got in and taking whatever prereqs I had left. Really annoying.

The program I will be in, starting in August, also has students start in Spring. I sure wish I could get my feet wet and take nursing 101 in summer. I noticed they are running some mental health nursing class this summer (a course normally taken in the 3rd semester out of 4). I really hope they do this again next year, as offering summer classes would be a godsend for people who work full time, so they could lighten their load by going year round.

We have spring and fall starts. The spring start just started for the first time this semester. I start in August (23rd, to be exact).
The application process is long, though. For fall start, the app has to be in in February and the testing is done in March. For spring start, the app has to be in in August.

We have Spring and Fall starts. If you start in the Fall (Sept) you attend day classes. If you start in Spring (Jan), you are in the evening program.

Spring and fall here. The fall entrants have the advantage of being able to complete two semesters in 8 months making them eligible for taking the LPN boards and working as an LPN over the summer. Spring entrants have to wait a whole year.

My community college is wonderful - programs start in both Spring (at North campus) and Fall (at City campus) so at most you'll have to wait one semester. I never realized how good I had it!

My school only accepts one class for LPN, and one class for RN in the fall. BUT, they only accept applicants for RN on the even numbered years.
