yikes! thats wierd-our school say we can do the whole program in two years, yet really you have to get all your pre reqs done before you take anything else or you just wont make it! there isnt really even a way to schedule outside classes cuz they interfere with clinicals. it is so messed up. anyway, sounds like you'll be busy too! GL!

won't be taking anything - I will be a graduate then :)

However in the summer I am taking

Advanced gero type course - 5 weeks I think clinical 3 days, lecture 1 day

Sr Synthesis - 1 day a week for the next 5 weeks

Preceptorship - Same 5 weeks as the Sr synthesis..schedule depends on ehatever my preceptors schedule is

Specializes in med surg, icu.

I won't register until this summer... but I already know what classes I have to take... kinda scary (I heard this semester was pretty tough):

Semester I

Pharmacology-3 units

Pathophysiology-3 units

Health Assessment-3 units

Mental Health Nursing-6 units

Nursing Skills I-1 unit

Total-16 units

Specializes in med/surg, ortho/neuro, ambulatory surg.

I already know the nursing classes I am going to take every semester until I graduate. Next semester consists of

RNSG 1248 concepts of clinical decision making part 2

RNSG 1412 nursing care of childbearing

RNSG 2461 clinical 4

total of 10 hours but I am going to take another class for my BSN prereqs just havent decided which one yet.

I am lucky, I guess.

I only need to take one class, and it's MATH (DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS) Nursing math. The bad part of this is: I REALLY SUCK AT DIM.ANAL. I have taken this class once before over the internet, and dropped it because I didn't have the instructional level I needed. I don't need a travel brochure, I need a tour guide. I have even had algebra, but I only squeaked by with a C,and now I need to keep my GPA up to stay competitive. I guess I will probably have to hire a tutor to do well in this class.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
