Printer suggestions

I currently have a HP Deskjet and this thing guzzles ink. Every cartridge replacement is at least $13 for black ink and around $20 for colored and let's not talk about the "bundle" packages that supposedly save you money. If you are like me and print a lot of power points, notes, documents, etc and let's face it...you are  ink gets very expensive. I am "window" shopping for a laser printer that is cost efficient and won't break my already crying bank account. Suggestions? Please and thank you!

I have and HP 1102w and LOVE it! HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Wireless BlackandWhite Printer Black P1102w - Best Buy

It is black and white only, but that is all I need for school. On the rare occasion that I need color I just go to a friends house or staples, or the library. I hardly ever have to change the toner and it is reasonably priced at Best Buy for the amount of use!

I used this one and LOVED it! It is a laser printer, copier, and scanner all in one. I replaced the toner one time during school and I printed a ton of stuff! (We weren't allowed to print stuff at the school). I printed notes, assignments, and even chapters from my eBooks. It prints on both sides of the paper. It's worth it!!

I have a laser jet.,it's a leftover from my olden days before I became a nsg student. It was expensive but the ink lasts forever!!

Thank you, thank you!

I started school printing out all the powerpoints and it ends up being SO much paper. I eventually changed and just brought in my laptop to view and take notes in Powerpoint. Its much easier :)
