only in nursing school...does instructor A contact instructor B to validate if you were in fact ill when you emailed to say you were sick last week. then instructor A confronts you because you attended an exam worth 33% of your grade in instructor B's class. dont they have papers to grade or something to do other than investigate the reasons for my absence?! Im a senior in nursing school. You are my instructor. If I dont want to come to class I dont have to tell you. I was just being courteous. And I was sick! :angryfire

only in nursing school does a teacher refuse to accept homework during class because she might lose it on the way to her office so instead you have to walk all the way across campus or come on a non-class day to drop off the homework in her office. This happened every week for the first half of the semester.

only in nursing school does your overweight instructor arrive late for a survey she wants us to fill out...calls a student in the class...and has the entire 30 person class walk down to the parking lot because "I thought there was valet" and she didnt want to park and walk to the elevator to conduct the survey. so here we are filling out a three page survey on the grass while our instructor idles her car on the curb.

Only in nursing school

you will see that 95% of students are either on anti anxiety, anti depressants medications. The other 5% are drinking heavily.

Also only in nursing school.......

can the school be closed for a snow day...but you are required to show up!

5 more months to go.....I don't think I could take much more...

at my school it's the other way around. 95% are heavy drinkers and party after exams

Only in nursing school ... are you greeted by your first-semester study budy sporting a big grin on her face saying "Guess what. I got to do a Foley! Yeaay--gimme a high five." :w00t: Then, "There's more--I got pee'd on too. WooHoo!" :yeah: Me and my other study budy were both jealous. Yep--only in nursing school. Hubby thinks we're all nuts.

Only in nursing school can you ask your friends when is their turn to do oral and it not be perverse (talking about oral med returns)

Ya just can't make this stuff up. I'd laugh but I suspect you guys don't find this instructor very funny.
