I've actually just posted a question (my first), but after reading a few other threads it's obvious the polite thing to do would be to introduce myself. My name is Ethan, I'm headed somewhere soon for an accelerated BSN/MSN or generic MSN program, with the intent to become an FNP. I was a paramedic in the military, I've got a bachelor of arts in English and comparative religion, and it's only after great consideration that I decided to become an FNP versus a PA or a DO. I'm very excited to begin a program and any words of advice will be appreciated. If you have the time and are so inclined, my first thread is "U Penn, U of Roch, Sam. Merritt - where to?" Any thoughts on these schools, or the pros/cons of Generic MSN programs vs. accelerated BSN/MSN programs?

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from anyone. As the years go by, I might be able to answer a few questions myself.

Best regards,

Ethan:roll
