National Dean's List question

I have a question for any of you that happen to be on the National Dean's List. Do you buy the book? I have never seen it & am wondering if it is worth the $50.00. I figure it probably just lists a lot of people that I will never know. I'm not having my picture put in it because I would hate to scare anyone!!!! What do you think. Let me know. :)

I never buy the book. Another girl in my class bought it, and it is just a bunch of names and pictures...definitely not worth it. I think it is all a big racket to make money!!

I always just allow them to list my name, but I never buy the book. I'll probably spend the $11.95 for the certificate and that's about it.

I was so excited when I received that letter. But sent the letter to my dad for his advice. It's kinda like the society of brilliant people you have to pay to join. I'm proud of my 4.0 :)

I was happy to be listed as well. Maybe I will buy the book, but I doubt it.

I'm planning on mailing my biography sheet in today. I made a copy of the order form just in case---because (just like you) I wondered if it would be worth it to purchase the book. My mother-in-law bought one when she was listed. I've been thinking about it and pretty much decided that if I wanted to see my name....I'll just go to the library!
