I'm asking this way early but wanted to get information on this so when I pass it I know what to do. I live in NJ and I don't know if NJ is saturated in the nursing field (although I wouldn't be surprised if it is), so if I were to apply in NY, DE, CT or PA how can I find out the requirements in those states because I would be willing to relocate if need be. If anybody lives in Florida I am thinking of moving there once I pass the NCLEX. Thank you in advance for your input.
Just to add as soon as I become a registered nurse I plan on going for my BSN.

After you have a license in New Jersey, just follow the boards' procedures for licensure by endorsement. The exact procedure(s) will vary from state to state. Just google "BON" along with any state and you'll find your answer(s).
If you don't get licensed in your home state, apply for "licensure by exam". Again, the procedure will vary from state to state.

New Jersey is not a compact state, so you would need to apply for a license by endorsement in whatever state you want to work in.
Can I become licensed in one of the compact states like DE, still live in NJ and still be able to practice in one of the other compact states?

No... For compact to work you need to have a permanent resident address in a compact state. I often see it written as comparing it to a driving license but I am sure someone will expand further
