Need help with breeze.ca.gov

So I've been overseas for some years now. My license expired back in 2015. I got on breeze.ca.gov to renew it, did all the CE requirements and submitted the application...but I didn't pay and left it like that.

Fast forward 2017, I log back in to complete the renewal by making the payment but I notice the total amount has increased...I guess im due for another renewal...but I didn't even renewed it when it expired in 2015.

My question is...do I have to do more CE (30 hours), on top of the 'pending' 30hr CE that I submitted before...therefore submitting 60hrs now. If so how I do that because this is what I see...

And when I click on 'details', I get...

I can't see any options to do anything else...like submit additional CE since even if I had paid and renewed my license when I first submitted my application back in 2015, that license would have been expired by now.

Should I just go ahead and pay? Any idea what will happen if I do?

Have you contacted the CABRN for clarification? They would be able to provide the information and you will be certain it is accurate.

They are pretty much impossible to contact unless you show up in person.

OP, I'm too lazy to look for the actual "rule", but I'm under the impression that your CEs have to be completed within a certain time frame. You can't do ten years worth now, then renew your license for the next ten years without doing any more. It's extremely likely that you'll need to do more.

Continuing Education for License Renewal

"In the State of California, Registered nurses are required by law (California Code of Regulations, Section 1451, Article 5) to complete 30 contact hours of continuing education every two years, in addition to paying the renewal fee, to maintain an active license. Continuing education courses must have been completed during the preceding renewal period (when renewing), or during the preceding two years (when renewing a delinquent or lapsed license, or going from an inactive to active license)."

So i understand i need to do 30 additional CEs on top of the ones i did before (without renewing the license). How do i do that though? I don't see any options for it on the site. The only option i see is to pay for the license renewal that would have expired a few months ago had i renewed it.
