I have a phone interview today at 1 pm.!! A large company is looking for an Rn manager for a small assisted living. I've done supervisory,MDS work and charge nursing at nursing homes for over 20 years. I have a good working knowledge of the in's and out's of how the typical LTC facility operates. Any thoughts.... ?
