Co-workers on allnurses...

I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Allnurses is a global phenomenon. It is hugely popular, and a lot of us spend a good amount of time here, venting, learning, and sharing. So, the odds that someone we work with would be a member as well is pretty great. I wonder: does anyone here not vent (or not tell the full story when venting) about work from fear that a co-worker may be reading the thread and know who you are and what you are talking about?:uhoh21:

There are those at work that know that I work here, but no one that I know of that comes to the site regularly. I did have one co worker ask me what my screen name was. I just smiled slyly and shook my head. I suppose that if someone tried hard enough, they could figure out who I am, but it would probably take some work and research through my posts, and the areas of the site that I visit. I try not to post something so inflammatory that someone would reccognize themselves and try to figure out who was talking about them. I do know that there have been a few posts out there where I have had to pause and think, "are they talking about ME?" Most of the times when I vent it is about situations rather than individuals.
