this is on post #14 of the health assessment resources, techniques, and forms thread (https://allnurses.com/nursing-student-assistance/health-assessment-resources-145091.html) in the nursing student assistance forum of allnurses:

  • http://medicine.osu.edu/exam/ - from ohio state university college of medicine, an interactive guide to physical examination. to access the blood pressure cuff, scroll down to "objective iv" and click the link that says "take a blood pressure". when the player comes up, you can re-cycle the player over and over to hear and input blood pressure readings that it quizzes you on.

there is lots of helpful information for students on the sticky threads of the student forums. click on the students tabs above to access these forums and get to this information.

also see post #35 on the any good iv therapy or nursing procedure web sites thread (https://allnurses.com/nursing-student-assistance/any-good-iv-127657.html) for a listing of websites explaining how to take a blood pressure.

I am glad I found this thread! I was wondering the same thing too because I too was worried about listening during taking bp because I will soon be a new nursing student. :)
