Just found out I've been accepted to Broward College Summer 2011 Class

I am very excited to say that yesterday I recieved my acceptance email to the Broward College Summer 2011 Class. I am new to the site but hoping that other nursing students joining the 2011 summer class will be on here as well. I am SUPER excited and can't wait to hear from everyone else. YAY!!!!!

congrats. now run while you can. im in that nursing program. i get good grades A's and B's but be prepared it will be your life. every second you are awake. which is like most nursing school. however, many people feel like that they are to much into the weeding out bs. they are not very supportive either. there failure rate is very high. through the first 3 classes ive lost 70% of our original class. However, if you make it through you will be an excellent nurse and pass the nclex no problem. well ive heard. im not trying to scare u just giving u a heads up. if i could pick over again i would of went somewhere else. Again, im not a slacker so your not getting someones advice whos ****** off cause there failing out. I make high grades and many classmates come to me for study advice.

Hi, I just joined and ill be going to the RN program in may as well.. Very excited/nervous!! any advice from all of u who are already in the program as far as what we should be reading to prepare or any tips on how to study for certain things that u think will help!! I have two young kids and its hard enough to study so ANY advice at all would be awesome!!

CONGRATULATIONS to you, GOOD JOB!!! :yeah:I have a couple questions to ask you... 1. Does the AP section of the Hesi have any labeling (pictures) or is it just theory (multiple choice). 2. After you are accepted, when do you get to register for your nursing classes? Thanks in Advance :)

1. its only theory, go over the skin and cardiovascular system I remember there being a few questions on that. 2. after you get accepted they will email you with ur schedule. the times depend on which campus you are going to!! Good luck and as soon as you get accepted start reading Perry and Potter cuz its easy to fall behind with all the reading there is to do!!
