Hello all,

I wanted to start a thread for those applying to HCC's Spring 2014 nursing program. I am a stay at home mom. I know its early but I wanted to get as much info as possible. The deadline isn't until 6/1. I'm a current HCC student. My pre-req GPA is 3.57 (all A's 1 B and 1 C ), I'm hoping that this is good enough to get me a spot in the program.

What is everyone elses GPA? I heard its lower for the Spring.

Haven't been home to check my mail but since none of you received anything yet I'm assuming I didn't either :-/ idk what is taking so long to say we're in or not. Anyhow I applied to two other programs & should hear from them next month if all else fails with HCC. I'm bound to get in at least 1 of 3. I thought I'd share this that one of the nursing advisors told me about. It's a scholarship given to Rn students for exchange of two years of nursing service. I did say it would be Thur or Fri so hopefully today will be the big day. Fingers & toes crossed....We should know in about 2 or 3 hours. Good Luck all...:nurse:
