HESI exit test takers.......

Has anyone recently taken the exit HESI-RN?

If so, please share your thoughts about the exam. What did you use to prepare and how long did you study?

What was the score set by your SON to deem passing? Did you do the HESI live review course. If so, what did you think about it.

I have read every HESI thread that exists on here and most threads are old.

Also, who else is soon to take it? Lets encourage each other.

Any advice/tips is highly appreciated.

You definitely need to know your material, and remember your ABCs, and Maslows. Strategies are also important because alot of the questions were just so off the wall that I wasn't sure how to answer them.

please i need prayers for my exit hesi test tomorrow.

this will be my last chance (4th) or i will not get my degree.

my last hesi score was a 799 that was in june. i need a 850. i had to retake a nurse course this semester to get tomorrrow's opportunity.

i feel good about tomorrow....i have done tons of questions and i have been reading the hesi hints. i also went through the medspublishing dvd's in medical surgical. any last second advice would be appreciated..

Not really. I didn't take a strategies course, but I did read the strategies section at the front of my Saunders Comprehensive book. You definitely need to know your material. Good luck!

HELP! I am graduating and we have to take the Exit HESI to get our diplomas. I have already taken it 3 times...815, 756, 816 are my scores...Need an 850...I have used Saunders, Springhouse, Kaplan, and the HESI book to study. I have done over 5,000 questions since September, I don't know why I can't pass this thing. Anyone have any advice? Thanks! Next retake is in 9 days!

Hey everyone!

Congrat's on getting thru nursing school to take the Hesi!

We had to take it for exit too, tho the scoring was just for our own use.

I took it this morning and got an 875. They say if you score above 850 that passing the NCLEX should be doable.

I was disappointed in my score...... however...... considering the instructor kept talking to other students in the room for the 1st 60 questions (aaaaargh!!!) and the fact that I am just exhausted from Finals this week, I guess I'm okay.

Oh yeah...... and I had my very first nerve racking interview for a job after not working in the "real world" for over 10 years!! lol After that I just came home and melted into the floor! lol

Yes..... I got the job too! Now to just pass the boards!

I took the HESI review course and I got 998 on my first try. Google it and she where the next one is being held.
