Hi all! I was wondering who else is applying to the CHOC New Grad program for the June 2017 cohort. I've been checking the website and nothing has opened up. Anyhow, let's keep each other updated here and good luck to all my fellow new grads!

Has anyone heard back with offers? Also, is anyone else that has interviewed still waiting for their ATT? :/

When did you graduate/submit your paperwork? I submitted paper work April, graduated mid May and got my ATT 2-3 weeks after.

I applied online at the end of April, graduated mid may and had my transcripts sent the week after. Still haven't received my ATT:/

OP here. I'm super ecstatic that I got accepted into PICU!!!! :woot: :woot: :woot: Don't give up hope guys. I had applied to UCLA, CHLA, Rady's Children, and Loma Linda Children's (where I did my practicum and where I went to school) and either didn't hear back or got rejected after interviewing. And my senior year of nursing school, I was an alternate that summer to Mayo Clinic's and LLU's externship programs. I prepped very hard for this interview as it was my dream job and hospital. I came prepared with multiple portfolios, memorized the hospital's mission statement and values, researched as much info as I could about the unit, and had gotten my ACLS and PALS before the interview. Keep persevering fellow new grads! I believe in you all! If anyone wants to talk to me, please feel free to PM me.

Ahhh that's incredible!!! Congrats!!!! :D I applied and interviewed with the medical unit last week and am still waiting to hear back. They said they'd respond within 2 weeks! However, I'm not sure how confident I feel about it because it was my first interview hahaha and there were definitely some things I could have improved on :) I suppose if anything it was a learning experience!!!

I also interviewed with the medical unit last week and am also waiting to hear back from them as well! It was my first interview too and I definitely feel the same as you! I admire your optimism and just reading your post made me feel optimistic too and at peace with whatever may happen. I hope and pray we both get good news! If not, then, yes we learn from it all! :)

Anyone else hear back after the PICU interviews? They said that the 30th was their final interview date, and they'd let us know after that.

No word from PICU for me. I'm assuming they reached out to all the chosen ones already since @krazy2extreme got offer already (congrats btw!). I was told the 27th was the last interview and we would get notice from HR by the 30th. I even emailed PICU manager to follow up a couple days ago and still no word.

Hello everyone! Has anyone who interviewed with the Medical Unit received a phone call or email yet for either an offer or no offer?

Hi! I also interviewed for neuroscience and haven't heard back. I called HR today and they told me that some units haven't made final decisions yet and it could take another 10 days or so. She didn't specify what units though.
